Duration: 2 day course - 2 IICRC CEC's  Earned

The IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician course covers smoke odour removal, structure cleaning, surface preparation and finishing, and contents cleaning, including wood furniture, documents, books, and electronics. It also concentrates on technical procedures for successfully completing the restoration of a fire and smoke damaged environment.

Students will learn how to combine technical procedures with a practical approach to managing the job site and how that relates to pricing the job.

The goal of the restoration process is to transform a smoke and /or a fire damaged structure into an environment that is clean, safe and free of unpleasant odours.
