Delivering a high caliber of customer service is expected. But improving the quality of your Customer Experience is crucial when serving todays customers.
What we cover in this course is the how, what and why of delivering a quality Customer Experience, consistently, is a key to creating and keeping raving fans for your business.
What you consider as a very loyal customer may not be as secure as you think.
We will discuss idea’s, tips and techniques on improving the quality of your Customer’s Experience when delivering your services. How you deliver your services is just as important in serving your customers today as the services you provide!
This training will focus on idea’s as to how you can build customer trust, while delivering better experiences, when providing your services. We will discuss topics such as:
• Why delivering an improved quality Customer Experience can increase Customer Satisfaction levels.
• How focusing on delivering your service in such a way that the Quality of the Customer Experience is off the charts can help drive business growth.
• Factors that will increase your customer’s purchasing behaviour in the future.
• Why improving your Customer Experience quality can increase referrals.
When well implemented, a quality Customer Experience will drive ‘true’ customer loyalty. Delivering your service so that your customers have a better experience usually leads to increases in repeat customers and improved margins.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT TERMS
Freight charges will apply unless otherwise agreed to by Safety Express. For special order, non-stock products, and factory direct orders, freight charges may apply regardless of shipping location. Not all cataloged items are stocked in every warehouse, therefore additional shipping time and charges may be required. In times of rising fuel prices, we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge on all shipments.
CLAIMS AND RETURN GOODS POLICY
Safety Express reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on returns for reasons other than defective merchandise or shipping errors. Returns will be subject to the terms and conditions from our suppliers, including freight charges. A return authorization number is required for any return. Please contact your local Branch or the Customer Service Department for a return authorization number. We carefully fill and pack every order. In the rare event an item is missing or received damaged, please call the Customer Service Department. Special order and non-stocked items are considered NOT RETURNABLE to Safety Express.
