Viper Stone Perfect is a high-powered cleaning agent for restoration cleaning of natural stone such as marble, granite, limestone, travertine, slate and sandstone.
When used as directed, Viper Stone Perfect is safe to use on stone and will not damage surfaces, as it powers its way through grease, oil, spills, and soiling.
Viper Stone Perfect is used as a prespray on stone and grout to loosen and emulsify soils and stains, and to facilitate soil removal. Viper Stone Perfect is powerful, yet sensitive enough for fine stone surfaces with its hard-hitting blend of builders, solvents, and surfactants. It is also ideally suited for cleaning stone that has fire and smoke damage.

Product Application
Dilute: For normal soiling, mix eight ounces of solution per gallon of warm or hot water (1:16) into a professional spray applicator. For heavy soiling, mix 64 ounces of solution per gallon of warm or hot water (1:2) into a professional spray applicator. For use with Hydro-Force Sprayer, add one quart (32 oz) of Viper Stone Perfect to Hydro-Force jug and fill with water. Use standard 1:8 yellow metering tip.
Pre-spray: Apply mixed solution with sprayer evenly and liberally across surface to be cleaned. If preferred, you can apply mixed solution with a damp mop, sponge, or other appropriate professional equipment.
Extract: For best results, extract cleaning solution using Viper Neutral Stone Cleaner with a rotary agitation surface tool such as a Hydro-Force SX-15 or Hydro-Force SX-7. On sensitive surfaces such as soft marble, make sure the floor has been thoroughly vacuumed or swept to remove pebbles, sand or other abrasive material prior to cleaning. For especially sensitive finishes, use the Hydro-Force Gekko tool with brush head for extraction.
Dry: Accelerate drying with air movement and be sure to eliminate puddling in grout lines (if applicable).
Protect: To protect stone surfaces from future stains and spills, consider application of Viper Prestige Water-based or Solvent-based Impregnating Sealers.

- Pick-Up Option: Customers may opt to pick up their orders at no additional charge from their nearest Safety Express location once the order is complete (in stock) and ready for pickup (picked and packed).
- Delivery Options:
- Safety Express Fleet: In our regular service areas, we offer next-day delivery as the standard option. For customers seeking expedited service, same-day delivery is available, subject to availability.
- Courier Services: Provided by carriers such as Purolator and FedEx, with delivery timelines aiming for next-day delivery but may take up to 3 days. We do not guarantee specific delivery timelines for outside carriers.
- LTL Carriers: For larger, palletized orders, services by Day & Ross or Manitoulin, aiming for next-day delivery but may take up to 3 days depending on the delivery location. We do not guarantee specific delivery timelines for outside carriers.
- Freight Charges: All customers with PPC (Prepaid & Charge) freight terms will be responsible for paying the freight charges applicable to their orders. This includes any additional charges for services such as heated delivery, use of a tailgate, scheduled deliveries, or expedited delivery.
- Preferential Freight Terms:
- PP400: Orders exceeding $400 before tax, shipped to a single location within the regular service area of the customer’s nearest branch, will qualify for no-charge standard freight. This does not cover same day/express shipments or special handling charges.
- PP750: Orders exceeding $750 before tax, shipped to a single location within the regular service area of the customer’s nearest branch, will qualify for no-charge standard freight. This does not cover same day/express shipments or special handling charges.
- PP1000: Orders exceeding $1,000 before tax, shipped to a single location within the regular service area of the customer’s nearest branch, will qualify for no-charge standard freight. This does not cover same day/express shipments or special handling charges.
- Collect: The customer has opted to use their own freight carrier and will pay the carrier on their account or directly upon delivery.
- Policy Enforcement: Changes to a customer's freight terms must be authorized by a regional sales manager or the Director of Sales. Any deviations from this policy will be subject to corrective action to ensure compliance and fairness
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Safety Express, our priority is your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you with returns. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return process:
Return Eligibility:

Timely Returns: Returns will be accepted for unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Restocking Fee: Items returned after 15 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Time Limit: Returns cannot be accepted for products purchased more than 45 days prior to the return request.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Products classified as non-stock or special-order items are ineligible for return to Safety Express.
Return Authorization:
Request Authorization: To initiate a return, you'll need a return authorization number from Safety Express. This is a crucial step for a smooth return process. How to Obtain: You can acquire a return authorization number by contacting your local branch or calling our toll-free number at (800) 465-3898.
Exceptions:
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please notify Safety Express within 15 days. We will promptly provide an exchange for the exact item during this period. After 15 days, the product will be repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
Extraordinary Events: Safety Express will not accept returns on high-volume purchases made during catastrophic events like floods, fires, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc. Safety Express reserves the right to determine if such an event has occurred.

Convenient Locations: Returns can be processed at Safety Express stores nationwide. Pickup Option: If needed, you can arrange for the pickup of returns at your expense. IICRC Exam Fees for online classes are paid upon registering for your exam via the IICRC website. IICRC Exam Fees for in-person classes are paid directly to the Instructor at the time of the exam. Payment methods for Exam Fees vary.
Your in-person IICRC class registration fee includes a light breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages.
Payments
Payment for classes, as indicated on the order, is due in full at time of registration. Your chosen payment method will be charged as indicated.

Cancellations
All registrations for classes are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
If, outside of 31 days of the enrolled class, you are unable to attend, you can choose to transfer your seat to someone else within your organization or choose another class date for the same or equivalent value class.
If, inside of 31 days of the enrolled class, you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else within your organization and no other changes will be accepted due to the commitments we’ve incurred with the training organization and instructor.
A full refund will be provided if, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are required to cancel one of our classes. We do not accept responsibility for any losses you may incur relating to travel expenses. We recommend, for in-person classes, to purchase refundable or flexible airline tickets.
